Inferno HIIT

Look, this one's gonna hurt - but that's kinda the point. We're talking 45 minutes of non-stop work-to-rest intervals that'll have your heart pumping like crazy. Burpees, box jumps, battle ropes... you name it. You'll be dripping by minute five, but you'll leave feeling like you conquered the world.

Foundation Forge

This is where you build real-world strength that actually matters. We're not doing bicep curls in the mirror - we're doing compound movements that translate to everyday life. Deadlifts, squats, presses, and carries. You'll get strong in ways that make moving furniture or carrying groceries feel like nothing.

Trail Blazer Boot Camp

We take it outside when the weather cooperates. Mix of running intervals on actual trails with bodyweight circuits right there on the mountain. Fresh air, scenic views, and a workout that'll leave you wiped. Can't beat it.

We've partnered with a local climbing gym to bring you something unique. Half the class is technique work on the wall, other half is grip strength and core conditioning. You'll surprise yourself with what you can climb.

This isn't your typical yoga class - it's targeted mobility work and active recovery that actually helps you bounce back faster. Foam rolling, dynamic stretching, and movements that undo all the damage from sitting at desks.

Obstacle Course Training

Frontier Challenge

Ever wanted to do one of those obstacle races but weren't sure where to start? This is it. We've got rope climbs, wall climbs, tire flips, sandbag carries - basically everything you'd see in a Spartan Race or Tough Mudder. It's messy, it's hard, and it's honestly the most fun you'll have working out.

Ember Endurance

Not everything needs to be balls-to-the-wall intensity. This class focuses on building your aerobic base with longer work periods at sustainable paces. Rowing, ski erg, running, cycling - we rotate through different modalities so you don't get bored. Perfect for active recovery days or if you're training for something specific.
