We've partnered with a local climbing gym to bring you something unique. Half the class is technique work on the wall, other half is grip strength and core conditioning. You'll surprise yourself with what you can climb.
This isn't your typical yoga class - it's targeted mobility work and active recovery that actually helps you bounce back faster. Foam rolling, dynamic stretching, and movements that undo all the damage from sitting at desks.
Ever wanted to do one of those obstacle races but weren't sure where to start? This is it. We've got rope climbs, wall climbs, tire flips, sandbag carries - basically everything you'd see in a Spartan Race or Tough Mudder. It's messy, it's hard, and it's honestly the most fun you'll have working out.
Not everything needs to be balls-to-the-wall intensity. This class focuses on building your aerobic base with longer work periods at sustainable paces. Rowing, ski erg, running, cycling - we rotate through different modalities so you don't get bored. Perfect for active recovery days or if you're training for something specific.
